WonderchefGranite Casserole with lid 20cm

First I got a casserole with a scratch in . I replace to other and next one came with oval shape and lid didn't fit. I replace.And can u believe I replace again and they send replacement also- lid didt fit.And I sent it to replace .Waiting 4th casserole now. How many u send till u just check it before put in box???Simply check it - why should I accept defective one. Please check it .Stop sending me defective product.But to update:First I put 2 stars but a casserole is a good quality and even they send me 3 times defective at the end I got a good one.5 stars.

Firstly, I would mention that the quality of this product is too good, it's super cute, and sturdy yet light weight.. I have been using Wonderchef since 2015.. so no doubt on that.. but the seller has repeatedly sent defective items and it has been passed by Amazon team in the quality check process.. so they have earned this one star.. please do not tarnish the brand like this.. n customers please buy this from the store or Amazon(unless its defective) it's too tooo good

Good product

Seems a good casserole for daily cooking, so maybe it’s durable. Have not used it for longIt’s a good piece, but a bit expensive

The casserole is superb. The food doesn't stick to the base while cooking and the amount of oil needed to cook has also reduced by using it. Please use a wooden stick to cook food in it or else the granite finish will come out.
