I ordered these as the gym in my building was closed. While this is nowhere near "professional gym" quality, the dumbbells and attachment are more than adequate for home use.I was able to continue my work out routine with the single dumbbell, attach the bar and continue to use the weights for curls and other presses.This item will get the job done in a pinch and I am glad that I made the purchase.

This is weight for 20 lbs total so 2 - 10 lb dumbbells. They are very easy to adjust weight and you can actually make 1 - 15 lb weight by adding 3 plates on each side of a dumbbell. I use the light 5 lb for Barre and switch it up to heavier for strength. Beware they aren't sold by Amazon and tracking wasn't ever updated correctly. I did receive them, but didn't know it because Amazon never updated the order and my husband had received the package and I wasn't expecting them. Glad I was able to finally get some weights, they've been hard to come by during the pandemic. They are 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, 10lb, and 15lb weights in one.

The weights are as advertised. If they not taken seven weeks to be delivered, I would have rated them higher. And if the long shipping time had been make known before I hit the "buy" button, I would not have ordered them. Country of origin (China) and shipping time should be made known for these items.

These are perfect they have 6 weights so you can start with just 2 then add plus gloves included you can use as dumb bells or make it one barbell its perfect for a woman wanting to fix flabby arms!!! I love it i leave them on kitchen counter and use 2x day

The bar is not long enough, hand placement does not allow for use of assembled bar to be lifted over head and back down. It is pictured in video and no measurements are given of bars. Either way this is assembled, the hand placement is awkward and would cause injury. The seller did respond and provided a refund. The dumbbells would work, and bar would work for arm curls

I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about. We received ours from NJ via FedEx. They arrived quickly and undamaged. They work well and would definitely recommend to anyone. I wish the title of this product was altered to remove the word Men though.

It took a while to get these, I guess there is a shortage. The shipping condition was poor. The box was completely broken. I'm surprised all the parts were there. They could used a better reinforced box particularly if their coming from China. The dumbells are good quality.

This is just what me and the boys wanted with out taking up a lot or room for us to workout! Its the right weight for us a great investment! We also order more lb weights!
