Great kit!
Really happy with this kit. Has all the tools I need in an easy carrying case and each of the tools gets the job done. The only thing I'm not in love with is that the connectors are loose and I always seem to open the case upside down so they fall out everywhere. Would be nice if the loose items were in baggies and the top of the case was labelled.

Disappointed.
The tester feels like a child toy. The on/off switch feels like it is going to break every time i use it. It didn't come with a battery which I found out onsite, making me have to walk to a store to buy one... I don't understand making a punch down where the interchangable end doesn't actually stay connected to the tool. You have to hold the end with your finger the entire time you are punching down. Its like a screwdriver where the bit just falls out. The case is flimsy. The latches feel like they are going to break off if I use it for another month or so. The rest of the stuff is decent quality, but not worth more than two stars for the whole deal. I spent a little bit more on this one than some other kits on here, but I learned my lesson.

This is not a professional kit
I bought this thinking i could use a few pieces during my job as an electrician but the tools are made for the old kind of RJ45 connectors and wont cut the wires for the new kind where wires can go through the connector before you cut them. Also the cable skinners are very finicky and can easily cut your wires when you use em, they can only be set by using a small screw that is not very solid. So it is hard to be consistant in your work. The kit CAN do the job, just dont expect it to do a professionals job where you have quite a few connectors to do in a hurry.I would not recommend this for anyone that needs tools like these in their work, but maybe you could use this kit in your home for yourself but even then you might be better saving the money from buying the kit and hiring a technician instead.

Perfect kit
This is everything I needed to finish the job. I install security cameras. The install called for IP cameras and Ethernet cables. I made my own Ethernet cable. This kit worked great. The tester let me know that all of the lines were functioning properly.
