I was very impressed with this purchase. After losing a considerable amount of weight, all of my bras no longer fight correctly. I assumed an insert like this would be a nuisance, feel heavy and slide around. But thankfully I WAS WRONG! I don't even know that I have them in. They don't cause you to sweat and feel sticky, like other brands. Happy customer here.

Bought this to use with my swimsuits which I have not been able to do so yet due to it being winter but so far, I love it it’s nice inside my swimsuit top and would recommend it because it’s breathable unlike other ones that I’ve purchased in the past
