Q: Can i remove the strap?

Hi there - Unfortunately the strap can't be removed. However, you can push it to the front so that it's out of the way.

Q: Do these Lakeland clogs have arch support similar to crocs?

No. I wear Crocs indoors for the support. These clogs are very nice but are not the same as Crocs if it's for support, but they do what Lakeland says.

Q: Are the insoles stuck in or do they simply pull out?

These shoes seem to be good value and I can confirm that the insoles are not stuck and they just pull out
