I wrote "so far." If you Amazons have another coffee brew that you think ranks up there with DE for flavor, please share! This DE brew is very smooth, strong without overpowering, and anti-acidic.Many years ago, Burger King (of all places!) sold a special coffee blend called Turbo Joe. It was about a buck or two more than their regular coffee but it was so flavorful, I didn't hesitate to get one every morning on my way to work. There was nothing like driving to work with one hand on the wheel and the other holding a hot cup of Turbo Joe. Then BK dropped this blend and replaced it with Seattle's Best for the same price....WTF?!? No comparison! I immediately asked them what happened (too expensive) and what the name of the blend was for Turbo Joe. They said "Douwe Egberts" which I had never heard of. I promptly searched and found them on Amazon. Been drinking this black gold ever since! DELICIOUS!!!!

I had the pleasure of having some of this coffee recently, and felt the need to purchase some for myself. Over the years of coffee consumption, my taste for coffee is getting quite snobbish. Not just any old coffee will do. This is an excellent coffee. You won't be disappointed!

I like grinding coffee beans for my drink as it releases a very fresh flavor that is so satisfying.

This coffee is tip top, a great coffee for those of us who like their coffee very black. Try it out!

Very disappointing. Since 2017 it almost seems like they changed the product. It's almost unrecognizable. The coffee is over roasted, lacking in caffeine, and has an almost burned and flat taste along with a terrible after taste. Very much not what I remember.

I first had this coffee in Holland eight years ago and was thrilled to find it. The coffee is rich, full flavored and lived up to my past experience.Great coffee!!
