First impressions out of the box, this is a very sturdy and well designed piece of equipment. It came with all fixings and was very easy to wall mount. All connectors were already attached and ready to go. No leaks so far and with 35 meters it is plenty long enough for my needs. Hopefully this will serve me for many years to come, only time will tell.

The hose reel is nice and sturdy , it has replaced a Hose lock that I have used for many years ,this does look to be better quality . I did not need a hose of this length but I did need the 13mm diameter ( the shorter 20 metre hoses are only 11mm diameter)The retractor mechanism is quite heavy to pull against, but it does retract slow enough so as not to pull you off your feet .The fittings are very watertight , they will stay pressurised for a long time after the tap has been turned off . The hose pipe is thick and sturdy , I expect this will last a long time (it shows n sign of being marked after being dragged around the corner of a brick wall).I am very satisfied with the hose reel , it is big and it is heavy but once on the well It should last for many years .

A 5 star product but could do with a longer connection to the tap. Also for the money they could have provided a better quality water gun and a more substantial screw for fixing both parts in place. Check out YouTube for a decent critique. Having said all that I wouldn’t send it back, I am happy with it’s performance.

Expensive but have had other models that have not recoiled for long. Easy to put up with the right drill and bits needs to be in the brickwork as is quite heavy with a strong pull and recoil. Not sure the actual hose itself is any better than my anti kink Hozelock but the overall build and mechanism so far seem more robust.No where to store any other attachments like on the Hozelock but beyond that and the price pretty good so far.

I know this is a lot of money for a hose and I will not change my mined about that ! But can I just say I wish I had got one years ago !It’s so easy to fit to my wall and so easy to pull the hose in and out with no water spraying everywhere like my last hose.Fantastic and would recommend if you have the money.
