People from MoGeeks contacted me and offered a replacement. They were very pro_active, and pleasant to deal with. After receiving the new unit, I can honestly say this is exactly what I hoping for. The unit has really good range, the NFC taps on on/off almost flawlessly. It just meets and exceeds every expectation (I didn't realize you could easily tap to turn off the connection, brilliant). Have been upstairs and still gotten reception to my surprise. The only slight con is the unit is so light and small it can be hard to lay flat, although that does it make it easier to mount to wall with 2 sided tape or Velcro, if that's what you wanted to do. I use it as a connection to an amplifier, and a pair of speakers in the kitchen, dining room, and honestly couldn't be happier with the set up know. When the cell was physically connected to amp, it was such a pain to answer calls and text messages, or use my phone at all. I was very disappointed as it teased the dream of what I wanted but ultimately failed miserably. Returned the item, will try a more a more name brand BT Receiver.
