Good nozzles, OK plunger.
I bought this set because the attachments fit my mincer, but I tried the stuffer as well. The screw thread slows it down significantly, it could have done with a crank-style handle to screw it faster. It looks like it would be possible to use it as a simple plunger by unscrewing the top cap from the tube, but I didn't try that.After stuffing a few sausages I found a lot of meat had worked its way behind the plunger. That and the screw thread suggest it was intended for a much drier mix than I was using.
