The bed looks lovely and is very comfy. Make sure you measure your stairs if you get this bed as the headboard is big, 52 inches. Great value for money and quality is great. Highly recommend

Unhappy with this purchase.First of all, delivery drivers refused to bring the bed and mattress up to my flat even though I have a working lift. They claimed it did not fit which was a lie. I was home alone with my 2 babies and could not go down for it. I had to literally beg them to at least put it in the lift for me. After a while they obliged but said the mattress wouldn't fit. They left the mattress on the ground floor for anyone to take. Absolutely appalling. I then had to struggle by myself taking the parts of the bed out the lift. Then knock several neighbours to see who could help with the mattress.With regards to the bed it's pretty but that's it!Too much space between mattress and sides of the bed. Having babies who's feet can easily get stuck between wood planks, it's not ideal. Nothing to keep the planks in place either. But the major issue is the mattress hangs over the bottom of the bed frame. It does not fit into the frame even though it came as a set. If you try to push it in, it gives the mattress a hump and who can sleep on that? I contacted Mr. Khan to ask how to remedy it. Instead he said he would send someone to fix it. They arranged a date 2 weeks later and didn't show up. Ignored messages then finally said they're stuck out of London. Mr Khan said he would refund me £30 for delivery drivers negligence, again, 3 weeks later, no refund and now ignoring messages.Mr. Khan gives the appearance that he cares and wants to put things right but in reality it's just words.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER OR HIS ITEMS. If I could return it, I would!

Can honestly say was a bit worried as the price but how can you complain when it’s the most beautiful and elegant bed comfort is out of this world and I love it makes my room look so fashionable definitely will be ordering off here again

I wouldn’t normally do a review but I’m am extremely impressed with the quality of this bed. We have only had it for 4 days but it is very sturdy & very comfortable. We brought a superking & my only problem is I wish I found this bed sooner.Communication was very good. Any question or query I had was answered within 24 hours. If your hesitant about buying it, don’t! Just do it. I chose steel in plush with buttons & the colour is beautiful & goes amazingly with my bedroom. When we sort out the spare bedroom I will 100% be coming back to buy another. Very very impressed & have had loads of compliments- thankyou

Great bed, mattress is also good and comfy.However, the delivery driver was really rude.The slats underneath the bed are not screwed in place so they can move a lot which isn’t good imo and could have been made a little better/more secure.Excellent communication from seller.Overall very pleased with the product.

The bed is very easy to assemble however some parts are heavy and so you may need two people. The bed was delivered before the estimated delivery time and we were kept up to date throughout the process. The delivery drivers were very helpful and answered any questions as well as putting the bed in the house. The mattress is amazing and you definitely get good value for money. Overall a brilliant purchase.

Beautiful bed but the nails to assemble the bed should have been provided as well.Thankfully we had extra nails we could use to assemble the bed but this is very unprofessional from the seller or from delivery guy if he forgot to deliver those as well.
