Q: Can you wear these to sleep in?

Yes. Bought for my mother and she has slept in them some times. Helps in keeping her hair back and she likes putting them over her ears. Makes her feel and warm and cozy while sleeping.

no you have to buy the packs as they come. I bought 3 packs and my wife loves them!

The actually stay in place. I wear them with the small part in the front and the back. I normally wear my hair up in a bun type style. Hope this helps!!
