You're not fooling anyone. It's faux. But maybe still worth it for you...
All said and done I paid $107 for the "6ft olive tree." Definitely DON'T pay more. As of writing this review I see a version (perhaps different size?) at over $200. This is more like a $70 price point (and that's only b/c it seems all faux trees/plants are overly priced.)The 6ft is a stretch (see photo). Not fluffed- and pulled completely straight and taught- I can see where they got 6ft. But you won't end up with a fluffed- full tree at 6ft.The branches and leaves do have some decent bend to them. This allowed me to put the tree in a corner and bend all the branches/leaves to the "main side" making it fuller from the viewing side. This does take a good 45 mins- take your time and bend/fluff each branch and leaf. The underside of the leaves are a lighter color and are the dead give away that it's faux- but the bend-abiliy did allow me to hide much of the underside of the leaves. The leaves are faux silk (so they almost feel like a fabric, but are probably some type of plastic material). The pot is decent, black, and heavy. It does support the weight of the tree. I still put mine in a very heavy cover pot- as I live in an 1800s farmhouse with saggy floors that lean- and had the pot already on hand. This will also allow me to put something down in the cover pot to set the tree's pot on top of to make it taller. But right now I just wanted the extra support with my cats roaming around with the unlevel floors. There is a scent fresh out of the box that is dissipating as of day two in the house (without open windows/extra ventilation/etc). It's definitely some type of off-gassing but not horrible. Has the same smell as an office or medical lobby with a lot of the fake plants. I have no fears that the smell won't leave in the next day or so (and I am sensitive to scents).Overall you aren't fooling anyone. It's clearly a fake house plant/tree. A bit over priced. But I DON'T have a green thumb! And real plants this size are also over $100 and they have the risk of dying in my hands. I needed some greenery in my open living/dinning room space that was tall and skinny to fit the space, that matched my farmhouse style, welcomed guest around the dining table... and won't die. This fit the bill. So worth paying $37 bucks more then I wish I did... as I don't think I was finding anything else to fit all the criteria.

This tree is great
I am so skeptical of the look of faux plants but after killing off hundreds $$ of live plants, I decided to go faux and this one is great!

Looks OK from far away. Returned for a more expensive tree... You get what you pay for!
I really didn't want to buy a faux tree, but I keep killing trees in this one spot in my house. I bought this one because it was cheap, but it just looked too small for my space. Bought the more $$$ one at C and B and it looks more realistic, and its larger, more full-fills the space. In this picture-this tree is on the left, elevated in the basket with quart paint cans. Tree on the right is the one I ended up keeping.

Would you believe that I didn’t even know that we needed it?
Yep, it’s seems that I am frequently unaware that we need a piece of furniture or a decorative piece. Let alone that we needed 2 of these olive trees, but that’s the truth. After the first one was unboxed and the branches spread out, the Mrs. was so impressed that I was directed to order another. They are so realistic that I keep thinking that we need to harvest the olives soon.

Very nice
Love this tree! Came in one piece, just had to spread and fluff the leaves a bit. BUT IT IS NOT 6 FEET AS STATED. With the pot I have it in it’s about 6 feet, so I’d say it’s probably 5.5 feet. Really nice looking though, a good buy, doesn’t look cheap!

Don't hesitate to buy this tree!
I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews on a lot of trees! I am so very happy with my decision to get this olive tree. It only took me a few minutes to "fluff out the branches and make it look right. The detail on the trunk is very nice, they used several colors to really make it look like bark. And I love the OLIVES! Don't hesitate - buy this one!

Looks good
When it’s fluffed after unpacking, it looks much better than the Amazon product photo.

Better than I expected
Going to buy a nice big pot for it but just wanted buyers to have a visual . Very nice tree . Love that the branches are bendable so you can really snap the tree whichever way you would like overall very happy especially for the price. Fast delivery !

Love it but it could be better
So I really love the shape of this tree and the leaves which is why I bought it in the first place. But one thing caught my eye after unpacking is that the smaller branches look really fake (I’ve added pictures), they should’ve put the same kind of material for the smaller branches like the big ones. Why ruin such a nice tree with this ‘bad detailing’?! I’m keeping it but I hope they make this change for their newer collections. Otherwise wouldn’t be buying next time.
