MBP Osteo also has the proper range of components that to help form new bone - e.g., Vitamin K, best form of magnesium, other minerals like zinc, and not too much calcium (also in the right form which is important. Please don't take calcium carbonate! It's basically white chalk and not absorbable). Most medical people don't realize that taking too much calcium can cause mineral leaching FROM the bones.
