Does have a strong smell, but it dissipates in about a day outside. I read several reviews that mentioned the spray bottle not functioning properly. I had no problems the first day, but on the second day using it the sprayer kind of conked out on me and I had to switch to a old 4409 bottle. the stuff seems to work great so far

Long lasting
I sprayed two different tarps that cover outdoor equipment that are getting old and faded. I didn’t want to buy new tarps yet so I sprayed both with this product. Just in time because it’s starting to snow and rain where I live. The water just beads and runs off the tarps. The product works really well and seems to last a long time. It will probably get through the winter. It’s easy to apply and relatively inexpensive. I recommend it.

This works!
This works so well, I ordered another bottle. Cap was not on tight though and a lot of it leaked out

Bad spray pump
The spray pump would not work. Had to take one from another spray bottle.
