The base of my button maker is stuck and i can get it out. can anybody help troubleshoot this? i can’t find any info online. thanks.

Yes, this happened to me as well. The bottom and the top base would get stuck together. I would use scissors to separate them. I would slide the scissors between the base as I wiggled them apart.

Can you use regular button blanks with this machine or does it have to be from this company? What sizes?

it states that you need Wrmk blanks. I've read that badge a minute blanks can be used but I have not attempted
