I have stuck with this brand of prenatals because they don't hurt my stomach like other brands have. Every person is different through pregnancy, so while this did not hurt MY stomach, I can't guarantee the same for someone else, however, if you are looking for a gentle prenatal vitamin, I would recommend giving these a try.

I see a lot of reviews about the smell of these vitamins.. I’m on my second bottle and I think they’re fine. If you stick your nose in the bottle and take a big whiff then yeah, there is a smell. But they’re vitamins! They have a lot of ingredients in them. Just keep your nose out of the bottle and you should be fine. They’re easy to swallow and I like them.

These vitamins are a fantastic value. They contain vegetarian dha from algae, which is important to me. The fish oil version of dha gives me the worst fish burps, pregnant or not. I honestly haven't noticed a "fish" smell through 2 bottles (it's actually an algae smell and all algal-based dha can have it to some degree, but it really is not even close to the fish version). It's worth mentioning that vegetarian based dha is not easy to find in national chain drug stores and grocery stores. But this prenatal contains vegetarian dha (no separate supplement needed!) and is widely available.If you need a vegan supplement or you need folate instead of folic acid (folic acid is the synthetic version that some ppl don't process), this is not the supplement for you. However, those things are not factors for most ppl. This is a good prenatal at a good price, and it's widely available at drug stores as well.

Easy to swallow, doesn’t make me nauseous and have seen some nice hair growth from them.

They seem to work well im not pregnant but bought them for my hair had to take one every other day though cause they constipate me

I have been taking these prenatal vitamins for about 18 months, and I am currently 5 months pregnant. I take them every evening before bed but have taken them earlier in the day, as well, without any issues of feeling sick. I like that they use plant-based DHA. My doctor highly approves of the choice, and my baby is perfectly healthy with normal growth progression.

I’ve used these through both of my pregnancies and had zero issues. These are pretty huge pills, however they do go down easy no matter how intimidating they are to look at. I’ve never had any issue with keeping them down, or them smelling weird or tasting funny. Until now! I’m about 75% of the way through my current bottle, which was purchased a few months ago. Expiration date says September of 2023. I take my dose along with my other vitamins a few days ago and settle in a bath and notice my hands…smell like I’ve been fishing all day? I immediately got out of the tub and went through all of my other vitamins and found that these suddenly smelled like the ocean?? I had my husband smell to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind and sure enough, he said it smelled like rotting fish! I really don’t understand why… I’ve been taking these for literal years and suddenly, 3/4 of the way through a bottle, these start turning into fish bait?? I’m so confused. It’s so strong that I can’t stomach taking any anymore. After I take them, my hands and my breath smell like fish no matter what. It’s disgusting. I will no longer be using these for the rest of my pregnancy.
