Q: Does this work for bleach blonde yellow hair??

My hair is gray and white I use an all over blonde colour it is not brassy. Used it for years I suppose it depends on your natural shade. You can get products to tone down.

Hi! I have medium to dark brown hair with lots of grey. I can confirm it definitely covers the grey very well for me. As to how the colour will come out over the rest of your existing dye, I think you probably need to do a strand test as it varies so much between people. I have been using this dye in this colour 4.6 for many years so it’s a very long time since I put it over another colour. I recently tried to colour my daughter’s hair (as hairdresser not available) and used 4.5 which I thought would be like this but lighter and more orangey — it turned out darker than her previous medium red salon colour and not as red. I really thought I’d worked out the right colour but it didn’t really work! So I would definitely do a strand test. I’ve thing I would say about Nutrisse is that apart from obviously being cheaper than salon colour, I have found the colour stays much truer than anything I ever paid a fortune for in a salon! And it does seem to keep my hair in good condition. (It helps that I use a good Kérastase shampoo too.)
