Arancini mold
It arrived quickly. The delivery person jammed it into our keyed neighborhood mailbox, and I was unable to wedge it loose. Needed to wait for the next delivery day to retrieve it. Looks sturdy. The instructions printed on the box are in microscopic font and impossible to read, even with magnification, so will have to wing it and hope for the best.

the instructions are written in Italian on the side of the box...including a set of instructions inside would have been nice, but overall, it was pretty easy to figure out how to use the item

This mold makes quite a good sized arancini. One of those with a salad makes a full meal.Mold is sturdy and the filled arancini pop right out.Make sure not to over stuff and press the inner cavity maker down firmly, to compress the rice on the outside so the finished one doesn’t fall apart.
