Tree fell on it
Our tree fell on it and it didn't rip up. Only one spot was torn and I was able to easily sew it back in less then a minute.

Incorrect parts received.
The net itself is nice but the top caps to be able to attach to the trampoline poles did not work. The instructions said 4 caps should be 1” diameter and 4 caps should be 1-1/2” diameter and use the size you need. However, all 8 caps included in the product we received were only the 1” diameter. We needed the 1-1/2” diameter that were supposed to be provided, so we cannot use the caps to attach it to the trampoline poles at all. Very frustrating. Can’t find a way to contact the company for customer support either.

Keeps the trampoline usable!
I have been renewing our second-hand trampoline for the past seven years with Upper Bounce products. The kids use the trampoline year-round and the pads and nets seem to last around 2-3 years after being exposed to all weather elements. I couldn't ask for more!

Nice but fit a bit loose.
I measured to the directions before ordering. The net worked but is a bit big for my trampoline, so it’s loose fitting. It’s not tight to bounce off of. But it it will keep my grandkids from falling off and that’s the main reason I wanted it.

Wrong product description
The seller was very nice, but the product description is wrong. It says it has straps on top that fit both poles and arches. The net we received had sleeves on top which only fits arches. The product description needs to match the product.
