I bought these silicone liners specifically to bake sourdough bread. They are fine in 490F oven.When I remove the baked bread I use my oven mitts because the silicone is hot, so keep that in mind. It doesn’t cool super fast. But it’s not an issue. I still have the oven mitts on when I take the roasting pan out of the oven with the bread.Highly recommend!

I'm a newbie to baking sourdough bread. A friend turned me onto these and they are a life saver!! These make it so much easier to place the loaves into the hot Dutch oven. And then again it's as easy as pie to lift the finished bread out! You need these!!

I bake a lot of bread, especially a crusty bread, in my Dutch over at 400°F. The bread never sticks to the pan, anyway, but this liner makes it super easy to life the hot bread out of the pan. I now have several so I can rotate them as I bake multiple loaves.

Easy to clean, convenient and do withstand 500F. Used it twice so far and have no issues.

Worked like a charm! I baked my sourdough bread at 425 Fahrenheit with these and there wasn’t an issue. They worked perfectly, didn’t flop over for me and I didn’t have to use parchment since I have these now.

I ordered these in December and use them about once a week and this one has completely snapped a part so pulling it out of the pan isn’t as easy so it kind of defeats the purpose
