Q: How do the wheels attach so the case stays in place without sliding off?

The fabric in the back has velcro so it can be connected after wrapping around the shaft of trolley. Won't say it's the most secure, could use another set of wrapable straps towards the bottom

Q: How long will it keep frozen meat frozen?

I haven’t put frozen meat in it, so I don’t know. I do love this cooler. It’s a great size and love the rolling wheels

Q: How does the handle collapse?

There is a button at the top of the handle. It’s like a trolley. Bag is not attached to it. When you want to transport the bag, you Velcro the bag to it.

Q: How do I fold up the plastic wheeled cart for storage?

The cart folds up for storage by doing the reverse of when it was opened. You just push the base and the handle together against a bit of resistance which locks it in its open position.
