Not a gaming pc, but can't fault tech support
When I purchased this pc it was initially advertised as being capable of running 4k, 1440p and streaming. It definitely couldn't. It could barely handle roblox.I ended up upgrading several parts in the pc, but then began having issues with the pc randomly switching off. Turned out the pc had a faulty ram. After removing the ram, it worked OK for 2 days and then the other ram gave out. I ended up sending it back because I had at that point seont more than 20 hours trying to fix it, including several reinstalls of windows. upgrading components and it just wasn't worth it. The support service was very helpful and generous with their time, unfortunately the pc just can't keep up with what I need it for. I was able to build a powerful gaming pc at the same cost - so if you're looking for a gaming pc that can handle games like Fortnite, COD or even just roblox, this is not the pc for you. As a standard email and Microsoft Office pc it'll do fine.
