So it isn't awfully complicated to put together, but it is easy to put it together wrong by accident and then have to fix it. The initial time we got it up it took three people, then we realized we were had a left over Hubble and need to take it down to put that in the right place then when we put it back up we needed 4 people and then it was crooked because that was def one of the hardest parts making sure it was straight and then screwing it in. After fixing it with 3 people again its finally up and super fun to play on and sturdy!

It is very stable and easy to set up. If you have a high ceiling, you do need to be able to reach the top of the ceiling in order to properly set it up and check for stability. It is a very clean, very heft pole that I feel confident using! My husband was even able to try it out beforehand to test it and he is about 240 lbs. I wish this pole came in stainless steel in the future because the chrome finish can be easily scratched off, but overall, I like the product as one of the few that can reach a ceiling of over 10 feet tall.

I absolutely love this pole. It comes with a few extension and tools to set it up and is super sturdy. The directions are a little vague but if you look up any basic setup tutorial, the pole is pretty standard. It has a spinning and static option which I love! The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the packaging. It doesn't come in a nice inconspicuous brown box.. Oh no. It is a giant box that says "Stripper Pole" flat out on the front. Now, there's no problem with this, however I am a neighbor of a relative and well.. My lovely pole was delivered to the wrong house! SO BASICALLY, I got a text from an elderly relative that doesn't particularly like me to begin with that my stripper pole was delivered and that my fiance needed to come bring it over to my apartment because it was too heavy for her to carry. Probably the most embarrassing moment of my life. SO if you buy it, make sure that you send it to a place where it will be more concealed. Lesson learned....

No. Didn’t come with all the tools. No instructions. Definitely will be returning I can’t adjust the height to fit my ceilings without the tools. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. sturdy, no issues at all. i love it! i also love that it comes with the extension- i ordered another pole first but it wasn’t high enough for my apartment as i have drop ceilings. liquid chalk that came with it was a nice touch as well.

This literally got stuck on my ceiling and it took two days to remove because the instructions are horrible at actually explaining how to assemble. I had to watch the video just to even get it mounted and even then there were issues as the top mounting bar can be moved to a position that will prevent you from uninstalling.

There isn't one thing I don't like about this. My favorite part is that you can have it spin or not spin. If you are doing this for thr first time, it's worth the money.

Came in a pretty big heavy box, was pretty easy to assemble. came with no instructions but any basic instruction video on youtube will work. my ceilings are 10ft and came with all the extension i needed, it’s sturdy and iv had no issues. came with pole grip but it’s not the best kind.
