This is extremely cheap
It appears to be in an actual frame but it is just a square piece of cardboard like material. Drastically overpriced. Do not buy this. I threw it away. Too cheap looking to even hang on wall.

Not crazy about it!
It’s light weight and the right size for where I wanted to hang it. I thought there was a frame around it and that’s what drew me to it. I’m an artist so I touched it up to my liking. It looks much better!
