I bought this casein protein because it bakes much better than whey protein. This stuff is phenomenal when it comes to making cake/cookie recipes that I find online. The attached photo is: two scoops of this protein, two tbsp of monk fruit sweetener, cake batter extract, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 240g of diet soda. Baked at 365 for 20 minutes in a 4”x8” pan. Roughly 250 calories with 50g of protein!

Absolutely amazing best protein supplement I’ve purchased and I’ve been buying protein supplements for years! I use their complete line of proteins.

This taste good and the macros are pretty good for a casein, however, it is extremely clumpy. I have to use twice as much liquid and shake for fat longer than normal to get a decent consistency. It’s not a deal breaker but it is frustrating.

Cost is really good for the amount.Ingredients and nutrition is excellent.Flavor and mixablity is really good for how healthy it is.

Nice protein to take before bed. I usually workout at night, and then go to bed a few hours after. I take this right after working out at night.
