The media could not be loaded.  Really good looking dresser. Has deep drawers too which is nice.Cons:Some of the pieces were poorly labeled so it made installation a little confusing but overall it's pretty straight forward.The main reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because of the sturdiness. I followed the instructions perfectly and it came out looking as it should, however it has a bit of side to side sway to it.

The product is nice looking and solid.The euro drawer slides it comes with ruin the product as many 1 star reviews can attest. After being upset and calling sauder (no help) I called amazon and they were very caring and listened. I went ahead and bought a set of 5 ball bearing 14 inch sliders on amazon for $32.99. I removed the non functioning sliders that were on the drawers even using the same holes and screws on the dresser , but had to screw in 2 holes per side on the drawer no problem. Now I have a quality great looking heavy dresser with drawers that come out smoothly and all the way. It came with 12 3/4 inch sliders so some of the drawer didn’t come out. It’s a shame Sauder didn’t use ball bearing sliders because they fit the drawers and dresser just fine and then they would have 4 or 5 stars from almost everyone. If I hadn’t changed the sliders I could not push the drawers in completely because they wouldn’t open without brute force which could easily break the drawers and the whole dresser. The sliders that came with the dresser should be thrown away and replaced with ball bearing sliders. First picture is the new slider. 2nd picture is the ones it comes with (very bad).

This is gorgeous furniture for the price, better than anything I had seen in Wal-mart and other stores that were similar in price. The beautiful wood grain finish takes the style up a notch against those plain finishes, and the colors goes so well in my guest room. It arrived about a week a head of schedule (which I was very happy about!) and in good condition. My husband put this together. He said the instructions could better, but he did not find it difficult to assemble. It is sturdy. We also purchased the bed headboard, nightstand, and desk. Happy with all of them. Helpful hint: my husband also glued the pieces as he put them together. He then added a light coating of polyurethane on the top to prevent damage from water and light scratches.

Well this was a joy to put together. The instructions are written in English by English speakers, and are crystal clear every step of the way. There is even good humor throughout the instructions. The parts are labeled, and there is no guessing as to what goes where. Also the labels are the easy-peel-off kind, so that you aren't left with sticky glue behind that you need Goo Gone to remove after you've built it. I assembled this entire dresser in just under 2 hours. It really is very easy with all the parts and fasteners included. It's also a beautiful dresser, very sturdy and will hold up well The drawers have reinforced bottoms. For the price, this is one of the best pieces of furniture I have bought and assembled, and I've bought and assembled quite a lot of furniture over the years. Will definitely look for the Sauder brand in the future.

This is a great dresser and as others have said-HEAVY! I think the shipping weight was 120 lbs. It does take alot of time to put together-expect about 2 hrs-but the instructions were good. I suppose there is a chance you can always get a bad product but I really believe the people who have problems with drawers breaking or the dresser falling apart either have very poor mechanical skill putting things together, rushed through the process and didn't pay enough attention to details or are just stuffing too much stuff in it! This is not difficult to assemble but the parts are specific to each side and corresponding parts, plus there is just a LOT of pieces! I won't say this is a high quality piece of furniture simply because it is laminated pressboard, but if you want quality wood furniture expect to spend hundreds for it unless you get lucky! For the price this is a sturdy, heavy, nice dresser that should last a very long time.

This dresser looks good and no unpleasant smell. Mostly easy to put together and real sturdy. My problem with this dresser is the drawers. Like one reviewer posted make sure to screw the rails on the drawers on the 2 spot at the top or prepare to rage. I had two drawers not working and it fixed one drawer. One drawer still does not work. Also the way the front of the drawers attach is bad design in my opinion. If any pressure is used to pull the drawer out expect the drawer to fall apart. The top of the front piece of drawer is not locked in well and has only one screw at bottom to hold it in place. I am going to try some wood glue and hope it holds the one drawer together or I basically bought a three door dresser.Update: Bottom drawer finally just ripped the front off with pull. Lasted two months. Now I have 3 drawers instead of four. Looks like crap now. Unacceptable craftsmanship.

I like it. Easy to put together. When screwing the rails onto the drawers screw the screw into the top of the slot not the middle or bottom so all the drawers clothes properly.

MDF but looks okay. Took two people almost three hours to put together with one sorting parts and following directions and the other turning screws. 16 pages of directions. Not quick to put together and sometimes we had to refer back and forth to the diagram. All parts complete. Comes with anti tip strap. Some of my parts were dinged on the corners, it was packed well so it had to happen before shipping. As the 3rd piece of flat pack furniture I put together today, this was by far the most complicated.The finish definitely looks "fake". I was putting it in my guest room. But seeing the finish, I might stuff it in my hobby room and buy something else.This is HEAVY. 114 pounds. Have a buddy handy to move the box and give the delivery guy some cookies.Overall, if you need a dresser and can't buy solid wood... this could be a contender. Otherwise, save your pennies and buy the real deal.
