I'm between a 12/14 5ft3 and got the large nice fit, little tight on the bum on me lol so should be fine for a size 12.

Q: What inside leg are the trousers

I'm not sure but I usually get 31' inside leg in trousers and the length is perfect on me.

Go 2 above your usual size- I’m a 16/18 and XXL are fine
