We are extremely happy with our purchase. Products shipped on time (they came over the course of 2 days in separate shipments). Fairly easy to assemble. Looks amazing and is very comfortable. The cover for the firepit that I received was not the correct size. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out the correct one, at no charge of course.

Assembly was an issue when a couple of the pre-threaded pieces were stripped out. Company got the replacement parts to me in three days at no charge. It's not hard to assemble, but takes time and you don't want to force the threads (I don't think I did; it wasn't well threaded in factory). The sectional is comfy enough: I like lying down across three chairs. The seat backs end about mid-back, so you can't really lean way back into it. I notice new photos show added small pillows, which we didn't get when we ordered.Fire table is pretty, uncomplicated and puts off ok heat as long as you get fairly close. I wish the edges were a bit wider. But bad idea to set stuff on it that could burn or melt! Good value! Most importantly, my wife is very happy.

The product came and we put one piece together. We sat on it and it was like sitting on cement plus the cushion was very thin. When we went to return it, the label never came and I had to pay shipping back. I still have not received my refund. By the way the shipping was the same amount of 800 to ship back

These are exactly what I wanted! I put these in my new 3 season sunroom and it’s perfect. Everyone compliments how nice they are. The cushions are firm but that makes them look clean and crisp. The fire pit gives off great heat. The glass is very nice. We worked on the assembly a little at a time but once you get started and finish one or two pieces, the rest go much quicker.Great purchase and money well spent!

Not a lot of back support due to backs being so short. Cushions moved around a lot. Seats move around a lot too. No way to link parts together.East to put together and works fairly well for the low price.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly it was better than I thought! I read in the review that assembling was complicated which was correct but not too bad. I specifically had some issues with the glass box for the fire pit. I had to manage for it to come together I don’t know if it was defective screws or something. Apart from that me and my husband assembled it in a matter of hours we got all the boxes at once and it honestly turned out so beautiful. The shipping was very fast! I was also impressed with the quality I was worried it was gonna be cheap quality but no it’s pretty high quality. I do recommend getting something to maybe attach the pillows to the furniture cause they do move a lot but nothing to bad I really liked this definitely gonna enjoy it once the virus is under control!

As some other reviewers have stated there is a bit of assembly involved but the end result is worth it. The instructions to assemble were pretty straightforward. While assembling I noticed that one of the foot pieces was not the correct part. I contacted customer service and they provided exceptional service and support. In fact, I received the replacement foot within three days of my request. I am very pleased with this purchase!
