Really tasty stuff
I was hesitant to buy this item as I didn't believe this would make food taste like eggs. Man, was I wrong. It really makes tofu egg salad taste like the real thing, and a little goes a long way. I love eggs, and this makes eating things taste like eggs and maybe just a bit healthier. The salt itself even smells like eggs. The only thing I'm not crazy about is you have to buy a big container of it. I just hope it doesn't go bad or lose it's flavor.

Better than expected
Love this stuff! Tried it because of a video showing how it was made and was fascinated by it and how long they have been doing it. It made me curious on the flavor.It has a very distinct flavor with both smoky and egg overtones. I've also notices something weird in that it seems to also intensify how long a flavor lasts. If you try it raw, it will be with you for a very long time. Somehow that also usually transfers that lingering flavor into the things I have made with it as a component.I've completely changed over the salts I use on all meats to this one. I don't think it would make a great primary salt, but on anything where you want that extra spark or smoky overtones, it is a winner.

This salt is used used to create a black chaat masala in the Indian cuisine. I don't belive this salt is iodize so don't make this your daily.

Excellent value & perfect to mimic eggs
This format gives excellent value for the price compared to the format sold in natural food stores. The sulfurous taste and smells have a great strength and it only takes a tiny amount to give egg-less recipes the perfect distingtive egg flavour. It was great to enhance my scrambled tofu and tofu spread sandwichs.

This salt is delicious. It has a rich taste. The taste may not appeal to everyone but for me it was love at first taste.

It does work!
It’s easy to use but has a smell to it that isn’t pleasant. It does prohibit bloating so worth the purchase.
