Very nice but needs to be cooked a lot longer than indicated on packaging
The pasta is very tasty and, for someone who is on the ketogenic diet, a great option that didn't exist before. That said, the product isn't cooked in 5 minutes of boiling. I've found in the two times I've made it that it needs 15-20 minutes or more just to get to al dente.

THE HOLY GRAIL OF KETO PASTAS!!
Take my word on this... I've tried all the keto pastas on the market and this one is THEE ONE. As with all keto products, I've learned to curb my expectations in regards to taste and texture. But wow, this rotini is the real deal. I made a meat sauce using Raos and sliced up some sausages and I was blown away. The pasta held together very well, it had a bouncy chew to it and as for taste... it just tasted like regular noodles to me. Another plus is that I can actually pronounce the ingredients and that it's also gluten free, which in my experience, is not the case for many keto pastas. I'm very pleased and will try the elbows next time to make some mac and cheese. A++

Sure beats shirayukky rubber band noodles!
Something happened at Gnooda. They went out of business or just closed for a while but their pasta is unavailable. This seems to be a decent replacement. Tastes about the same - we tried Orzzo and Rotini. This is the only pasta besides Gnooda that doesn’t turn youe dinner into a watery mess! AND it sure beats that gawd-awful Shirataki crap.

I mean it's keto, packaging cook time is not sufficient
This ended up satisfying my need for Mac and cheese and much better than other brands that I have tried. The ingredients are clean, gluten free. However the 9 minute cook time that the package suggests is way off. I did that and it still tasted way chalky. I was disappointed to say the least. Well I left it on the stove after I added the cheese sauce for several hours, and I fell asleep and left it on the stove overnight. Well it did turn out to be much better the next day. I may try the instant pot next time, I think it would be more efficient and get the noodle soft enough for 'normal' pasta taste. I am going to buy another package just to experiment with on my keto Thanksgiving. It is really expensive, but honestly, after living without regular noodles so long I don't crave them too often. And when I do want them I can accept the price given the clean ingredients. I hope this helps others. ☺️

Price is way too high.
The only think I dislike about this product is the cost per amount. It's an absolutely TINY out of pasta for the price!

Let’s talk pasta
I’m doing dirty, lazy keto and I’ve been searching for a pasta substitute that lives up to pasta. Well I think I haven’t found the one yet but this one is not bad at all. I was very hungry too :)The texture is different than pasta (I’ve cooked it for 15 mins given previous reviews) and it felt definitely not as flexible as pasta. It’s not chewy. It felt like cold pasta (when it had been in the fridge for a while that doesn’t feel as pasta anymore). But it took flavor pretty well. Ingredients are pretty clean and low carb!Would I buy again? Mmm price-wise. Maybe not worth it. Honest to you guys best thing has been spaghetti squash (texture isn’t like pasta but takes flavor as well if not more and it’s super cheap and natural)

Kinda tough
Tastes good. How much flavor do noodles really have? Consistently is slightly tougher than it should be, I boiled 12 minutes to help make them a bit softer, this seemed to help but still sort of on the hard side. Definitely boil in bigger pot, directions state “some foam”, I’d say more. Would order again.

Meh - pretty good overall...🤷🏽♀️
This is a good low carb pasta. It is not “chewy” and “slippery” like regular pasta and has somewhat of a waxy texture, but I actually like it. It is dense and can be cooked al dente. It reminds me of a pasta made from chickpeas. It does turn the cooking water yellow, so maybe there is vegetable color in it(?). I enjoy it mostly with sauce and cheese. I tried it with olive oil, cheese, and garlic and it was just “okay”. I probably should have added more cheese. But to really enjoy this pasta, I would say you need to dress it with something saucy, like a red, Alfredo, or blush/vodka sauce. I also think this pasta would do great as a Mac and cheese. So far I have only had the rotini. I am looking forward to trying the other past types that came with my order!
