Product had a crack in wood and 3 faulty bolts!
There was a 2 inch crack at the end and edge of the base (part that supports the pictures). It looked like it would not be a problem. I had extreme difficulty seating 3 of the bolts into the wood. To get the difficult bolts to go in I had to use Vice grips. Got them all but 1/8" in with grips and it took a hammer to get 2 of them all the way in. Last one still protruding 1/8"! I should have asked it to be returned but now too late as I would not be able to get those bolts out. On the plus side, the wood quality was excellent and the rest of the bolts went in fine. BTW, I am a retired woodworker so I have years of experience with putting furniture together and evaluating wood products. See pictures.

Awful, cheap construction!!
I can’t believe how poorly this stand is made. The wood is nice quality, and it looks like many reviewers didn’t have any issues… but on the item I received, the screw holes didn’t line up properly and it was a nightmare to try and assemble. My husband and I spent over an hour fighting with it, but nothing we tried would make the screws fit properly into the holes that align with the base. This was a complete waste of money, and I’m going to try to get my money back. I’m shocked at how badly this thing is built for the price. Don’t buy this stand unless you want to throw away your money and time!!!

Great product!
I like to change the pictures in our home with each season. As a result, I have a good number of framed wall art pieces that need storing. Up until now, I would store them under a bed in a spare bedroom, but that was not ideal. I searched online, and found this art storage rack. The rack arrived in perfect condition. Unlike sooooo many other “ needs assembly” things I’ve had, this was easy to put together. No missing screws or bolts, all holes lined up and were drilled correctly. Once together, it is very sturdy and nice looking. A quality product, and no more artwork under the bed!

Lovely Look
I would have given it 5 stars but had difficulty with two screws. Not major, hole alignment was off just a bit, so I couldn't get one screwed in flush with the wood.

2/3 racks had stripped parts
I bought 3 of these racks. They’re super awesome and supportive for my big 20x24 matted prints, only problem is that 2 of them had screws that were stripped and had to be glued in or rethreaded to do it’s job.

Very good quality
This is a sturdy, high quality rack. It's also stable and not top-heavy even though I have a large quantity of pictures stored in it.
