Spins smoothly. But lots of play. Very loose, may affect shifting.
Spins freely, long time. I wish I could give this 5stars, but there is lots of play! The wheel rocks from side to side by about 1mm at the outer edge. This will obviously affect shifting, so I don't know yet if I'll just use one of them, at the bottom for the tensioner, or both. I think having something with tighter clearances would be better for the top position that moves the chain on the cogs, for crisper shifting. A loose upper pulley wheel can result in the chain not quite making it into highest gear (smallest cog/sprocket).Despite the flaws, 13cad is a pretty cheap price for the pair - I'd like to not remove any stars because it's such a good deal, but a low price isn't an excuse for loose/poor tolerances.
