Awesome classic flavor! Texture melts in water very well! Definitely hydrating so good for pain relief and dissolves easily. Ingredient are super clean and great salt quality. Money worth it for sure mine last forever! :)

Essential for Carnivore Diet and Working Outside in the Heat
My husband loves these Re-Lyte electrolyte packets! He uses them as part of his carnivore diet and anytime he’s working outside in the Georgia heat. They’re easy to mix, taste great, and really help him stay hydrated and energized during long, hot days. A simple and effective way to replenish electrolytes without any unnecessary additives. Highly recommend!

Healthy & tastes great, but doesn’t dissolve
This product tastes great, and it is much healthier than all the competing electrolytes on the market. It also has great ratios of the electrolytes. The only small issue with this product is that it doesn’t dissolve in water… you end up with clumps of it in your water. Not a problem for me, but just wanted you to be aware.

This is absolutely my number one go to electrolyte mix! It doesn’t have any artificial sweetener taste like so many others do and the taste isn’t overpowering. I can drink it all day and not get sick of it which is incredibly rare. The lemon lime flavor is mild but delicious and one of my two favourites. It’s hard to get where I live but I always stock up when it restocks on Amazon. I have POTS so need to drink them daily just to avoid dizzy/black out spells and relyte has really made a huge difference for me!

Works very well and is as advertised This flavour is definitely for those who like sour and tart tastes! If you’re not a fan of sour, this isn’t the flavour for you. The electrolytes have made a huge difference in my daily diet- they help prevent and cure migraines too. They help you be regular and it’s an essential product to have if you’re considering or doing the Carnivore diet
