I have now been using this chair for 6+ weeks and I can honestly say this is the worst chair I have ever had the misfortune to sit it. The only thing it has going for it is that it looks great, which is fine if you just want it as an ornament to look at rather than actually sit in.It creeks and squeaks constantly. The seat part of the chair is tilted forward just enough so that you constantly have to push yourself back up the seat or slide on to the floor. The back rest adjustment its so hard to operate because once you release the lever to adjust it you cannot click it back in to place without getting out of the chair and using both hands to force it back in. The most important reason to not buy this chair is that it is actually painful to sit in, like not just uncomfortable but actually physically painful after about 30 minutes. I have adjusted every single setting, consulted the instructions and there is no way to improve this chair.I cannot stress this enough, do not waste your money on this chair. If I could give it zero stars I would, actually I feel like it owes me stars.

I can confirm is really comfortable, the armrests are at the perfect height and it's very comfortable for both work and gaming. I bought it to work from home and the quality overall is really high. The only critic in my opinion is the excursion of the seat height adjustment cause it's very limited.*Review Update after a month of use*: the chairs become very squeeky and noisy, so I suggest using some universal lube oil when mounting it on each bolt

I was quite sceptical of getting this chair as it had a fair few reviews saying it wasn't comfortable or was extremely loud or whatever, but since it was the only pink one i could get that delivered to me, i just got it. And I'm glad I did, it's so much better than my old chair (but tbf, anything would be), it's very comfy and i sit at my desk for long periods doing work and playing games. It's farily easy to assemble but it took me like an hour, that was just me being stupid though. The pink is much nicer in person than the picture, the picture has it as a sort of darker pink but it's much more baby pink in person which I prefer.This company definitely listens to feedback as someone said the straps weren't white on the pink chair, and that they were black, mine were white though so obviously they fixed that issue. The armrests aren't adjustable but that's not a problem for me. It also reclines, but my chair doesn't seem to want to come back forward so it only goes backwards, luckily for me i had realised this at the perfect setting, but if someone else decides to recline it one day i'll definitely be screwed, unless I'm not pushing it right, but I didn't want to risk breaking it so I just left it as is. The neck pillow is great, but I took the lower ergonomic one off as I didn't need it, but it was also comfy, and for the price this chair is compared to other chairs, it is great value and I am very happy with my purchase.As for the noise other reviewers have mentioned, I've had the chair about a month and it has started creaking when i lean back or forward, but it's not too bad, I just make sure to move slowly in it and not to jump into the chair when sitting down, I'll also buy some oil and see if that sorts it out.TL;DR, great chair for the money, few issues that don't bug me too much at the moment, and it is noisy at times which I imagine will worsen somewhat over time.

The appearance is good and the instructions are simple to follow.The chair was somewhat awkward to put together. Specifically because of loose attachments that make the entire chair feel somewhat rickety.. All of the working parts of the chair from the swivel to the elevation and recline are jerky and are frustrating to interact with making it challenging to achieve a comfortable setting and when you find one you'll want to leave it exactly where it is. The seat doesn't rest comfortably on its base and sometimes you'll find yourself stretching your back compensating for the wobble.Don't buy if you are tall, most of the features designed to add comfort and support are not particularly adjustable and if you have wide shoulders and are taller you'll find yourself hunching forward or awkwardly pressed by the supports. A friend came around and used it about 5, 10" and didn't seem to have the same issues.Delivery was good
