Made in USA and USA quality! I bought these for primarily spatchcocking chickens and it makes a easy job of that. Bonus for me is I'm left handed so I naturally bought the left handed version. My wife couldn't figure them out! I told her now she knows what us left handers go through with everything all the time!

Very nice looking and sharp! Someone had asked if you can take these apart for cleaning and I was able to do that with a vise grip and put them back together again without a problem. They fit comfortably in my hand, much better than the old shears I previously had. The shears appear well made and I have used them for cutting herbs from my garden, they will be put to good use on all of the chicken I eat.

cafter contacting wolff ind about left hand shears in the cool colors for "left oriented" shears(no luck) i found it strange that the rep kept recommending the shears from kai. only the handle is left handed. you will need x-ray vision to keep on your cut line as the inside blade is on top. LOOK CAREFULLY at this image the blades are right oriented

Absolutely love this product. It is very well made and I know it will last a very long time. It is sharp enough to cut chicken with ease. I'm happy that I'm able to sharpen them if they do get dull.
