Heavy duty zipper and holds temp all day. Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for.

The zipper comes with balm because it’s hard to open and close without it. It holds a lot more than I thought which is perfect for a group of 4 to eat plus ice. Super lightweight and nice material. Worth the money in my opinion because it’ll last as long as you take care of it. Good stuff Yeti.

I got this for my father for fathers day. We use this acouple times a month when we go out on the boat. It keeps our beers and water cold all day. There is even ice still in the cooler by the end of the day! Best purchase so far for fathers day imo

The media could not be loaded. Took this with me kayaking! The material is very durable! Even the zipper comes with lubricant and the zipper is very durable! Got mud on it and i was able to easily clean it off and it still look NEW, so it was very easy to clean and wipe down! And I just love how vibrant the orange is. It kept my bag of ice in for over 24hrs did its job!

This is my first Yeti cooler so I had high expectations. I did a test at home before I used the cooler. I filled it with ice and let it sit inside with no sun. It lasted three days but most of the ice had melted by the third day. We have taken this cooler to the beach in 93 degree weather and the ice held up pretty good. Although there was melted ice, I would say about half the ice was still there. Our drinks were very cold like they just came out of the refrigerator perhaps even colder! On a hot day, that made this cooler worth the price. This cooler is much bigger than what the pictures show. It holds 9 cans with ice. I filed it as full as possible. I didn't put bottles in the cooler but it will hold a good amount of those too. The cooler is light weight and has a nice solid strap that doesn't dig into your arm. The only thing I don't like is the zipper. It takes a good tug just to get it to move. I assume that is because this cooler does not leak at all. If you are sitting down and the cooler isn't at the right angle, it's hard to open. I applied the lube that was supplied also and that didn't make a difference. It's still hard to open. Other than that, it truly does what it says. It holds a good amount and will keep your items ice cold on the hottest day.

I love the new purple colour, I'm so happy it was out when I was ready to buy ansoft shell! We take this camping to store drinks in at the site or beach and its fantastic for this use and keeps the drinks and ice cold for longer than any soft shell I've used. Additionally, the shoulder strap is really comfortable! I think its something to do with how the strap attaches to the rings on the side makes it really nice to carry and doesn't feel bulky. The zipper is leak proof, so you do have to pull hard, but it does come with a stick of zipper lube to put around the corners if you ever feel its getting difficult to pull.

This cooler is very well built. It keeps things cold / frozen for an extremely long time. It holds a yeti 4 pound (or two 2 pound) ice pack perfectly. I prefer the yeti soft cooler as they are lighter and easier to transport.

This thing is legendary for bringing a lunch to work everyday. You don't have to worry about space because you're going to have it. So easy to carry and transport.

It is as expected. Top notch stuff. Love the cooler for an evening SxS ride.
