A real pleasure to use. Beautiful and feels fantastic. Uses a double layer of something called f-lon to ensure stuff don’t stick to it. A recent British invention, uniquely used here, you won’t find it on any other cookware. Remains to be seen how long lasting it is but at least i can say it performs superbly. I was drawn to it by three things. One, the looks of it. The satin finish of the vessel is spot on and the high polish of the handle provides a really nice contrast. It looks understated like all professional cookware should. Second thing that attracted me is the quality and workmanship that you perceive as soon as you grip the handle and lift it. Not too light and not too heavy. Just right. Thirdly, it’s the fact that you can always send it in for re coating! They will reapply two layers of nonstick for about one third of the price of a new pan. Why not? I would love to stick with the same nonstick twenty years from now (if I’m still alive of course) rather than having gone through several cheap replacements. And heat distribution? On this 24cm diameter it’s excellent. On a bigger maybe it wouldn’t be, I don’t know. The steel layers must be very thin as the responsiveness is first class. I got myself another one of the same size without nonstick so i can benefit from the same advantages in different everyday settings. You can’t go wrong with 24cm three-ply.

I find out that the good cookware is a bit heavy ,but it does good job and easy clean up.The design and production are very good. It should be a long-lived if you care for it.It is totallyNon-stick cooker。
