I was worried that it would be junk because of the price. It works well and is easy to control. Nice pressure.

We needed to replace the tap and shower head on one of our shampoo stations and found this to be the best value around. It arrived promptly and was a good fit for our purpose. The only thing we don't like (and what cost it a star) is the fact that the shower head cover is made of blue plastic (it will eventually crack and leak, needing to be replaced) and the shower head does not offer a switch to change the flow of water; the only option is spray, which isn't always the right operation when working on a head of hair with colourant or other chemical application. Sometimes you need a gentle, open flow of water to complete the treatment. This doesn't offer that.For these reasons, we will not be using the shower head that was included and will have to look for a better option (significantly increasing the cost of the repair to us). However, if you're okay with just a spray shower head, then this should be fine for you.

Be aware that this tap has connections for the water lines that are not standard for canada. I went to two plumbing supply stores and was told that all shutoff valves for taps have 3/8" compression type fittings, which mine do. However, these taps come with some sort of 1/2" or metric compression fitting. I could not find any way to connect to my hot and cold supplies so had to return the taps.Other than that, the tap and hoses appeared good quality. It should be stated in the advertisement the fitting specs.
