I recommend this item definitely, an amazing quality which you get rarely these days. I bought two sizes one for puppy and one for the adult, and have to say so glad that I discovered this brand KURGO

Our puppy is only 3 months old, but already has 4 different harnesses, so I have a lot to compare with. Since he is small, it was difficult to find ones that didn’t obstruct him from peeing. The no-pull harness from Kurgo has become the harness of choice that we use everyday for walks. Quick and easy to put on, it includes a nice handle to assist with guiding or helping lift the dog. There are metal rings on the front and top for attaching a leash, and it is more adjustable that it appears. It also includes a space for writing in the pet name and phone number on the harness. It IS reflective, but it’s not a very big harness so it’s only on the small grey strips next to the handle.

My dog is a weird fit small neck larger chest. I had to buy the small for this reason. It is a tight fit so I hope it is comfortable. I tried several other brands and they all shifted to the side terribly. This one stays in place.My dog is a strong puller so I need a front hook harness. I like that it has one buckle much easier to put on my squirmy mutt. I don't use the handle I've seen much nicer ones but that wasn't what was most important to me. The back hook is also strong and is used to tether my dog in the car. I have a 20 lb Beagle. He has an 11.5 inch neck and a 22.5 inch chest. Short legs, overall smaller then some Beagles.

Nice Harness- it adjusts as the puppy grows -- but is easily frayed at edges so I wonder how well it will last and look.
