I originally purchased this as a gift for a new classroom teacher thinking it would help him get to know his students right from the get-go. What struck me is how useful these cards would also be for families sitting around the breakfast or dinner table! I wish I had thought of this with my own kids rather than the mundane , “how was school today?” question.Do I like the Question a Day? Yes! Both for the classroom and for family time. There’s a lot of thought and organization in that one, little box😊

Bought these for a !st grade teacher; this is the feedback: I use the cards during morning meeting. My class cheer & clap when I say it is question time! The students enjoy all the questions, but especially the lighter questions (ex. questions about their favorite things get a lot of participation). More in depth questions are harder for the 1st graders. Plan to use the cards next year. beginning with the start of school - will help with community building & getting to know each other.

These cards were perfect for my classroom. I love that they encourage kids to share experiences related to kindness, empathy respect, etc. I love to do them at least once a week with kids or if we get towards the end of the lesson and have five minutes left, it gives us something positive to end on. I would recommend these to any elementary school teacher out there. I know that I love them and look forward to every time we use them.

There are so many great questions to get young children talking. I love that there are very general questions, some that require a little thought to answer and others that focus on principles. It is so easy to choose the appropriate questions for the desired age group such as Kindergartners verses 2nd graders. In addition it is so easy to use whether virtual, have a very small group of students or a larger group.

I just got this and immediately started to use it. The kids are loving it.

This product is easy to use, saves planning time, and the kids love to share their answers to the questions!
