Minor issues.
Some minor tears in the cover but the racquet is fine. Couldn’t return it as we had Trainning scheduled and needed the racquet immediately.

Racquet excellent but poorly packaged
Great racquet for the price and daughter loves it.Very annoyed with how it was packed. Came in a huge box but I used a knife to open tape. Didn't go in very far but as the racquet was laid on top of further packaging inside rather than in the middle of it, I slit a length of the racquet cover. If it was packaged correctly the knife wouldn't have touched it.You try messaging amazon or supplier, impossible so just got a split cover!

Not light or bouncy.
I ordered this for my 12 year old son, but it turned out not light or bouncy. The Wilson Court Zone Tennis Racket I ordered at the same time were cheaper and much better (more bouncy, bigger net, and not heavier). The seller refused to give full refund even though I only tried the racket very briefly at home with a brand new ball. Amazon agreed to give me full refund instead, although it took ages to get everything sorted, and had to talk to various Amazon agents multiple times. A big disappointment with the product, the seller, and Amazon agents' unreliable service. I do appreciate that Amazon eventually gave me the refund despite all the hoops that I had to jump through.

Perfect
I bought this racket for my 9 years old son and it's perfect racket! I'm even jealous, it's beautiful piece, very light and perfectly balanced. I might have to buy similar for myself!
