Defective
Item as described, the only issue I had was that 2 balloons were defective(the letter balloons) so not very easy to replace. Overall a fair deal for the price.

Everything you need
Worked great for birthday party. All balloons inflated well and looked amazing! We just blew them up with air (with our mouths) instead of Helium- and then we taped them to the walls and ceiling. Worked perfectly.

Overall cute balloons and great for parties.
Ballons where big however one of my stars was ripped. The helium did not hold long enough. By the end of the night, balloons were on the floor but it did look cute!
