Once you've worked out angle you needed to be at there was little to no damage to the fruit, sturdy and even at full length not too heavy or unwieldy

Actually really good quality, not flimsy at all. I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to on this occasion. Don't be tempted to save ten quid and buy one with an all plastic basket, they break easily and don't last! This has a plastic coated wire basket and should..... last for years. One very small complaint is the storage bag isn't long enough for the pole sections so I've found a slightly larger one to store all the disassembled bits in that closes fully so I don't loose anything between apple seasons. If the manufacturer of this reads this review, solve this and you have cracked it!

The media could not be loaded.  Avevo già acquistato in passato un bastone simile, ma con la bocca tonda ed un sacchetto posizionato sotto che utilizzavo per raccogliere aranci, mandarini e limoni dagli alberi presenti nel mio giardino. Purtroppo ho dovuto per ben due volte sostituire il sacchetto, poiché si andava sempre ad incastrare in qualche rametto o in qualche spina dell'albero ed irrimediabilmente si strappava. Motivo per cui ho deciso di provare un modello diverso. Dopo un po' di ricerche ho deciso di prendere questo, che di fatto intrappola i frutti all'interno di una gabbietta metallica, andando così completamente a risolvere quello che era il mio problema principale, ovvero la fragilità dei sacchetti.Risulta molto comodo anche il bastone telescopico, è composto da tanti pezzi che si vanno ad incastrare uno dentro l'altro in maniera salda e solida, permettendo così di allungare o accorciare il bastone fino alla lunghezza necessaria.Il tutto risulta molto robusta, stabile e leggero, molto più leggero rispetto al mio precedente. Motivo per cui ne sono davvero soddisfatto!
