Don't Believe the Hype
This is without doubt absolutely the most miserable pasta I've ever had in my life. Tasteless and rubbery, a consistency resembling cardboard. "Considered by many to be the finest pasta in the world" says their marketing blurb. Really? Oh really? Just who is this "many"? And a rather preposterous, over-the-top claim right on the face of it, isn't it?Do yourself a favor and don't bother wasting your time and money. There are plenty of top-notch pasta houses out there, like Garofalo, Martelli, San Marino and others, no need to be a victim of this overpriced garbage.
