Fantastic non-stick pan
I'm a huge fan of Tefal non-stick pots & pans, and I bought this to replace my old 18cm saucepan which was getting a bit shabby. I really like the reddish-black outer finish, and as usual, the inner non-stick coating is second to none. This is my first saucepan with a thermo-spot indicator, and while it's not a feature I use very often, it's handy to have it. Another feature is that there are graduations on the inside wall so you can measure the volume of food inside- again, nice to have this, but I probably won't use it very often.I was delighted to find that the stainless steel lid from my old pan fits perfectly, because this pan did not come with a lid. The only niggle I have with this, and all Tefal pans is that they use an ordinary steel screw to attach the handle, which quickly rusts and seizes up, especially as it screws into an aluminium socket. I replace the screw in all my pans with a stainless steel one, which won't rust. It's an M5, 22mm long screw with a Torx T25 head. Apart from this small problem, I couldn't be happier with my new saucepan, and I made some spicy scrambled eggs to celebrate! Oh, and I always wash my pans in the dishwasher. The only slight downside is that this can dull aluminium finishes a little.

C'est une bonne casserole polyvalente qui n'accroche pas !
J'ai acheté cette casserole, car je cuisine beaucoup. J'utilise cette casserole pour cuire des onions caramélisé, faire des poêlées surgelées, chauffer des préparations, fondre du chocolat, faire des soupes et absolument rien ne colle ! Bon, c'est le principe du Tefal MAIS, j'ai déjà eu des surprises avec d'autres marques ...Même pour faire fondre du fromage, elle n'est pas difficile à nettoyer par la suite. Éviter simplement le côté rude de l'éponge et nettoyer à l'eau chaude savonneuse.
