Big dent item, should be protected better and save me the hassle of the return process
I like this product but it came damaged.Both items came dented. Very disappointed.

badly damaged in transit ?
This was to be a replacement commode for myself.The lid of the commode was smashed and the bucket was broken - although the package appeared in tact when delivered. I would not recommend the product!

Commode not finished properly pan kept falling down if it wasn't so urgent would of retuuned hibby had to make some adjustments
