SUPERIOR PUMP 92331 High-Capacity Cast Iron Sump Pump with Tethered Float Switch, 1/3 HP

I have 3 sump pumps in my house. Living in northern Ohio, we have been seeing a lot of rain. I found 2 out of 3 sump pumps were not working. Ultimately, the outside wiring receptacle was shot and was replaced. The inside sump pump was over 25 years old. I did the research and found the Superior sump pump with the tethered switch was almost identical as the one I was replacing. I upgraded the rubber connectors and had this pump completely install in less than 1 hour. The height of the discharge water had to go was 8 feet. This pump quietly turned on when prompted and had no issues getting the water up the 8 feet. The pump is a heavy duty 1/3 hp cast iron pump with a tethered float switch. The pump is solid and built to last a long time. If I can get at least 15 years out of this, I would have gotten my money back and then some. For the price, $130.00, it is definitely a superior pump.
