Good quality rope, longer than normal so better extension at the bottom. Great quality handles. Will last forever. Rope also used for rear delts easily.

Like my title says, if you are an avid gym goer of a really busy gym where equipment are not always available then this equipment is a fantastic equipment to own.It does all my necessary triceps and biceps pull down and pull up exercises without fault.I can spend a lot of time on one machine using several equipment and it helps when you have your own personal equipment which is a great deterrent against others asking you how many more reps do you have.I also bought the single tricep rope which is equally as effective.

Acquistata per l'utilizzo in home gym, mi trovo stupito dalla resistenza di questa corda, che dopo circa un anno di utilizzo costante ancora si presenta quasi come nuova, essendosi solo leggermente rovinata da un lato.Sicuramente non bisogna aspettarsi una corda adatta ad essere utilizzata molte ore al giorno come in una palestra pubblica, ma il prezzo è anche rapportato di conseguenza, costando circa la metà di corde di marchi blasonati.Il tessuto della corda è rigido (personalmente proprio ciò che cercavo), e le manopole non si sono ancora spostate di un millimetro (cosa che ho notato succedere invece anche con corde più costose).Mi sento di consigliarne l'acquisto per un uso anche intensivo (ho caricato fino a 50 kg, per più giorni a settimana), ma non professionale (molte ore tutti i giorni) a meno che si consideri di cambiarla dopo qualche mese (cosa comunque totalmente fattibile dato il costo).
