Secret Life of Pets Deluxe Talking Plush, Gidget

I purchased two of these for my daughters. I was trying to decide between this one and the TY one. Ultimately the girls wanted one that could talk.I was overly thrilled with this dog for the price! Super cute and it looks just like the dog in the movie. It is bigger than I expected. My girls screamed when they saw it and they are carrying them everywhere and playing with them. I love that it has a function to also turn off the sayings too! They can now sleep with the dogs without the sayings going off all night long. My girls also love the little pink bow on the top too. I notice some dogs online had a red one, but Gidget in the movie has a pink one.Some of the phrases it says are-"Oh, your so sweet""I'am sure lucky I found you""Hi Max""Awe, fabulous""Guys put your noses on high alert""I am done playing nice!""Now let's find Max before that rabbit does""Let's go!""We are not just giving up, we are dedicated, we are loyal, were the greatest pets on earth, were dogs"Honestly your kids will not be disappointed! She's nice and fluffy. My 20 month old flipped over having her to hold. The talk feature is a little lack luster. Only a few phrases and low volume, which sometimes is good but my daughter barely pays attention to the talk feature. She does love the appearance and cuddle factor : )

I thought it would be more of a hit with granddaughter. Not quite soft enough to cuddle because of speaking apparatus inside and the speaking speech is very limited.

Cute and good size for a preschooler!She was so excited.It does only say 4-5 phrases and repeats.Even my husband likes to hug it.

My daughter who is almost 4 likes this dog but she turns off the talking feature, she says that it is annoying. It does not get played with as much as the other stuffed animals she has she claims because it is not as easy to pack around.

My 3 year old granddaughter said : This dog Gidget is my favorite thing I got from "Santa" . Loves it as it quietly speaks when squeezed. Even my #32 year old daughter thinks it's great. She is very fussy about her child having learning toy's only. As well as quiet.

Nice and soft. My daughter thinks some of the things she says are funny. Loves the movie and the dog.

My daughter absolutely loves Gidget!!! I know this is just a talking plush, but she loves the movie so much she squealed like it was Christmas Day when this toy showed up on our doorstep. It's a nice quality toy that has several sayings. She sleeps with it every night!

I bought this for my little Granddaughter who loved it. However, I thought it was a little too expensive for the quality. The voice of Gidget was too low to hear well.

I purchased as a birthday gift for a 10 year old girl. We enjoyed a day out at the cinema to view the secret life of pets. I paid particular attention as to her favourite pet knowing she loves cuddly toys. She was delighted. I would highly recommend this product.
