this really needs a small tank to float with the compressor, i kept straining for air after 5 breaths and i only have one lung i dont know how a two lunged person would survive on this.. i plan to make it much safer and better ..on my own.. maybe if the airline was much bigger like the real blu3 nemo is, i plan to connect a small bottle inline of the pressor to give me an extra safe feeling a reserve if you will..lol , but the blus only goes to 10 feet,, thats bullshit i now own both models from both companies i have not tried out the blu3 nemo yet, review of that product is comming soon

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of construction and performance. I am a certified recreational diver and have been using this for shallow freshwater dives to depths of about 15 feet from our dock. Battery life is excellent. The second stage regulator isn’t great in terms of ease of breathing but it gets the job done. The expandable hose is a pretty neat idea in that you have a breath or two stored in the hose itself instead of having any bulky storage tank. I haven’t tried to see how deep I can go yet but it keeps up with my air consumption at 15’ at moderate exertion levels. I’m a 210 lbs 40 year old male so my air demand is pretty high. I would recommend anyone using this product take the time to get scuba certified. It’s pretty unlikely you could get into much trouble with embolisms or decompression sickness at these kind of shallow depths but at least you will be educated about the risks as well as the basic physics involved. I love the convenience of this little system and I’m glad I bought it.

Absolute garbage. Says battery will last three hours, barely got half an hour. Shut itself off, after only five minutes. Then took over half an hour to restart. Lasted barely half an hour and stopped producing air at 29% battery. Do not buy!!!!!

I have been a certified diver for 42 years. This machine is not designed to push air down to 10 meters. With no effort, the machine did not provide a normal breath at less than 15 feet. The stretchable air hose collapses with every breath. This is a horrible design and then when I had questions, there was absolutely no customer service. Crickets and then more crickets. I have one that I would not even give to someone I did not like. It could be murder. Stay away. Use a tank or something with a US presence, this company has no liability being located offshore.
